Yes! We decorate in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and every city in-between!
If you cancel in one month or more before your scheduled decor setup date you will get full refund. If cancelled in less than a month you will get 50% refund.
The following items must be returned in the same condition: photo backdrops, neon signs, florals, pool floats, decorative piñatas, table runners, table welcome sign frames and welcome sign easel.
Of course! But if you want your decor set up before your arrival, or while you are out, just let us know the entry code and we will take care of the rest!

Yes, absolutely! (Please note there will be additional charge for parking, ($10-$50) depending on where you are staying)
Basic package will take 1.5 hours and VIP 2.5 hours. If fridge stocking is added it will take additional 45 minutes. If additional decor is added it will require more time and we will let you know exactly how much time we will need. Complimentary goodie bag setup will take additional 30 min.
Decor takedown is included and takes about 30 minutes. We usually arrive 1-2 hours before your check-out.

Yes! You can ship them directly to us and we will bring and style them on the day of your decor set up. This service is complimentary if booked with one of our decor packages.
*This service includes goodie bag setup only, if you wish to ship additional decor items we might be able to set them up for you if time allows, but hourly rate will apply.
